To the families of St. Julia Hockey (2011-2012 season):
 
Welcome to another hockey season, we hope that it is a fun and enjoyable season for all of the players and their families.
 
We have planned and budgeted for what we hope to be a great experience for our players, parents and coaches.
It is important that you understand how your hockey dollars are spent.  Your CYO registration fee goes strictly to the league to cover games, practice ice, playoffs and championship weekend.
All other expenses, such as more practice ice to aid in the skill development of our players, cost of hockey socks, jerseys (maintenance/replacement), our Christmas Skate, and the year-end banquet, are all covered by the St. Julia parish.
 
St. Julia will generate these additional funds through our generous team sponsors, the March Break Tournament and through our player “Fundraising Fee”.  Our player “Fundraising Fee” helps to eliminate the need for countless weekly and monthly raffles and fundraising events, which would require more of your valuable time and likely more money spent.  This fee has been in place at St. Julia for many years.  The St. Julia “Fundraising Fee” for the 2011-2012 season will be $50.00 per player/ $80.00 per family.    
 
It is vital to our program that the St. Julia “Fundraising Fee” be collected , to cover the above indicated costs, many of which are due shortly after the start of the season.
Team managers (moms/dads) will start collecting this fee and it will be due by Tuesday, November 15th.
A team manager’s task is difficult enough, and they need our support.  Please make their task easier by paying the fundraising fee prior to, but not later than Nov 15th.  Thank you for your cooperation in this regard.
 
We want to ensure both the quality of development and enjoyment of the game for our children.  Let’s focus on the kids, so they can focus on having fun.  Please get involved and help make our children’s experience the best it can possibly be.  To our returning families and to the new families, welcome to the St. Julia team, where teamwork doesn’t end on the ice.

March 12^th to 14th:   CYO Sanctioned “ Kevin Fegan Memorial Hockey Tournament”
 
Saturday April 28th :Year End Banquet @ Coppola’s Ristorante & Banquet Facility
                               (Tyke, Novice and Atom  @ 2-4pm) & ( Peewee,Bantam and Midget @ 5-7pm)
